Moby was right... We Are All Made Of Stars
At our very essence, we are light. We emit light through our photons (tiny particles of light) very much like stars do, and a very long time ago, we came from light. That is to say, we actually have the chemicals from stars in our DNA. Stars then, are our chemical ancestors, and us their over-highly advanced (and a little psychologically overcomplicated), much more physically delicate descendants. And because their light carries information - "starlight carries a star's history" (The Intention Experiment, Lynne McTaggart), we also carry their information within our cells.
Planetary scientist and stardust expert, Dr Ashley King explains, "It is totally 100% true: nearly all the elements in the human body were made in a star and many have come through several supernovas. Most of the elements that make up the human body were formed in stars." (ref Natural History Museum, UK)
Now that's pretty amazing, isn't it?
This is also great example of how consciousness within each living organism (stars, planets, animals, you and me) is not only connected, but also passing on and sharing information.
King goes on to say,"This constant reprocessing of everything is called galactic chemical evolution. Every element was made in a star and if you combine those elements in different ways you can make species of gas, minerals, and bigger things like asteroids, and from asteroids you can start making planets and then you start to make water and other ingredients required for life and then, eventually, us."
It's also possible that some of our hydrogen (which makes up roughly 9.5% of our bodies) and lithium, which our body contains in very tiny trace amounts, originated from the Big Bang.
What happens when disease or illness affects our light emitting superpower?
In the 1970s, a physicist named Fritz Albert Popp, worked out that all living things omit waves of light, and that this faint radiation of light is the "true driving force in orchestrating and coordinating all cellular processes in the body." (ref 1) Light is the force that ensures our body functions properly and light waves are the communication signals which transport information around the body.
Bare with me, I know it's quite science-heavy... "Knowledge is the precursor to belief," as Joe Dispenza has said.
From this, Popp worked out that our tiny light frequencies were largely stored and emitted from the DNA of our cells. "The intensity of the light was stable until the organism [a human in the context of this conversation] was somehow disturbed or got ill, at which point the current [of the light waves] went sharply up or down." (ref 1)
This provides a clear sign about the health of a body when light can't flow properly. "Cancer victims had fewer photons for instance. It was as if their light had gone out." (ref 1)
If energy doesn't flow around your body because of energy blockages, light can't be emitted by you, and do it's job to help your body work properly. This can then cause pain or illness. Accessing energy blockages in your body - trapped emotions held in your body which can cause pain or discomfort, physically or emotionally - can prevent this from happening (essentially prevent disease and illness) which in turn means the light you emit can flow through you properly.
As Romain Rolland said, “If a man is to shed the light of the sun upon other men, he must first of all have it within himself.”
